Annual Valuation The Trust shall annually, at least 30 days prior to the anniversary date of establishment of the Fund, furnish to the Grantor and to the Agency a statement confirming the value of the Trust. Any securities in the Fund shall be valued at market value as of no more than 60 days prior to the anniversary date of establishment of the fund. The failure of the Grantor or the Agency to object in writing to the Trustee within 90 days after the statement has been furnished to the Grantor and the Agency shall constitute a conclusively binding assent by the Grantor, barring the Grantor from asserting any claim or liability against the Trustee with respect to matters disclosed in the statement.
Best Value 12.1 The Council has a statutory duty to provide Best Value pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Act 1999 which includes the need for continuous improvement in the standard of the Services and quality within financial restrictions. The Service Provider shall work with the Council to identify develop and deliver Best Value services under the terms and conditions of this Supplier Agreement within available resources.
Fair Rental Value If a loss covered under Section I makes that part of the "residence premises" rented to oth- ers or held for rental by you not fit to live in, we cover the fair rental value of such premises less any expenses that do not continue while it is not fit to live in. Payment will be for the shortest time required to repair or replace such premises.
Fair Market Value Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock as of a particular date (the "Determination Date") shall mean:
Market Value Market value shall be determined by the Lending Agent, where applicable, based upon the valuation policies adopted by the Client’s Board of Directors/Trustees.
Value The value of the Mortgaged Property at the time of origination of the related Mortgage Loan, such value being the lesser of (i) the value of such property set forth in an appraisal accepted by the applicable originator of the Mortgage Loan or (ii) the sales price of such property at the time of origination.
Determination of Fair Market Value For purposes of this Section 10.2, “fair market value” of a share of Common Stock as of a particular date (the “Determination Date”) shall mean:
Insurance Carrier Rating Coverages provided by Contractor must be underwritten by an insurance company deemed acceptable to the State of Washington’s Office of Risk Management. Insurance coverage shall be provided by companies authorized to do business within the State of Washington and rated A- Class VII or better in the most recently published edition of Best’s Insurance Rating. Enterprise Services reserves the right to reject all or any insurance carrier(s) with an unacceptable financial rating.
Minimum Daily Pay (a) The Employer shall pay the employee a minimum of two (2) hours pay at his/her regular rate of pay upon reporting to work for a scheduled shift.
Performance Bond and Payment Bond The Contractor shall furnish both a performance bond and a payment bond in the exact form set forth in Section 7, (Forms) of these General Conditions.
