Leaving during notice. An Employee, whose employment is terminated for reasons of redundancy, may terminate their employment during the period of notice and, if so, will be entitled to the same benefits and payments under clause 21.3 had they remained with the Employer until the expiry of such notice. In such circumstances the Employee will not be entitled to payment in lieu of the balance of their notice.
