LEAVES OF ABSENCE FOR UNION BUSINESS. 14.01 The Company may grant a Leave of Absence without pay to not more than two (2) employees, for a combined total period not exceeding fifteen (15) days in any calendar year, to represent the Union at Union conventions, seminars and education classes provided the Company is given thirty (30) days advance notice in writing by the Union and, in the judgment of the Company, such Leave of Absence can be arranged without undue inconvenience to normal operations.
