Leave Under the Family Leave Act. a. Leave to provide care as the result of the birth or adoption of a child or a serious health condition of a family member (as defined in the Act) or the employee is available to eligible employees pursuant to the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act and the New Jersey Family Leave Act N.J.S.A. 34:11B-1,et seq. Any such leave shall be in accordance with all statutory requirements and procedures.
