Leave Reserve Fund. A regular status employee who has completed at least one (1) year of service with an institution in the University System of Maryland, or someone on the employee’s behalf, may submit to the Director, Human Resource Services, a written request to use leave from the University System of Maryland Leave Reserve Fund (LRF). A request for leave under this section shall include the following information:
