Learning and Career Center. The parties will work cooperatively to identify an appropriate education industry partner to operate a program for career enhancement, workforce training, job placement, and the general continuing education of area residents at a “Learning and Career Center”, which will be constructed at the sole expense of East Gate in a building in the Park selected by East Gate. The educational program will be designed to develop a well-qualified workforce, with an emphasis on manufacturing related skills, which will be available as a resource for regional employers and residents.

Learning and Career Center. The Developer shall work with the City, Joliet Junior College, and other appropriate entities to establish a Learning and Career Center (“LCC”) within a Developer owned facility on the Property. The improvements within the space for the LCC shall be constructed at the sole expense of the Developer and the space shall be provided free of charge.

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction.

  • TEACHING AND LEARNING This component captures institutional strengths in program delivery methods that expand learning options for students, and improve their learning experience and career preparedness. This may include, but is not limited to, experiential learning, online learning, entrepreneurial learning, work integrated learning, and international exchange opportunities.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.
