Lead Hand & Xxxxxxx Premium. The Employer may appoint an employee to serve as a lead hand or xxxxxxx at its sole discretion. Generally, the designation shall apply to employees that have reached the top level of their respective classification for an employee who is able to demonstrate skill as a leader in the workplace and who is proficient at the work assigned to him.
