Layoff Unit Seniority Lists. 35 The Employer shall furnish to the Union, without cost to the Union, during the 36 first week of the first full pay period in April and October, a Layoff Unit 37 Seniority List by layoff unit, indicating the employees’ names, identification 38 numbers, class/level, Bargaining Unit Seniority, continuous service hours, 39 TKU, work status, active and approved leave of absence with expiration date 40 of leave of absence, and whether the employee is temporary, seasonal, or 41 probationary. This report shall be provided in electronic format. The 42 Employer agrees to provide information to enable the Union to use the 43 electronic reports. 44 45 In the event the seniority list being used to implement a reduction in 46 force is different from the most recent seniority list provided to the Union in 1 accordance with this Subsection, upon request by the Union, the Employer 2 shall furnish without cost to the Union such list within a reasonable period of 3 time.
