Layoff of Employee Displaced. At the end of the displacing (bumping) 31 process, the employee who is displaced (bumped) and unable or chooses not to displace another 32 employee pursuant to the above provisions shall be laid off.

Employees of agencies where there are established procedures concerning outside employment for the purpose of insuring compliance with specific statutory restrictions on outside employment are expected to comply with such procedures.
