LAW OF THE CONTRACT. The Laws of the Province of Saskatchewan (excluding the United Nations’ Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) and the Laws of Canada applicable in the Province of Saskatchewan govern the interpretation, validity and enforceability of this Contract. The Supplier agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Saskatchewan.
