Landscaping of Roads. Any landscaping for roads within the Property shall be installed and perpetually maintained by Owner, Developer, a Subsequent Developer, or their successors or assigns, in a safe manner consistent with the landscape plan to be submitted to and approved by the City as part of the Master Plan approval process.

Landscaping of Roads. Owner, Developer, and/or Subsequent Developers, as applicable shall install landscaping for the On-Site Roads and Near-Site Roads in a safe manner consistent with the landscape plan to be submitted to and approved by the City as part of the Master Plan PUD approval process. Owner and/or Developer shall establish an Association which shall have the perpetual maintenance obligation for maintaining the landscaping and the sidewalks and pathways of the On-Site Roads located within and along Highway 17 immediately adjacent to the Property. The obligation for perpetual maintenance does not apply to the portions of Highway 278-A outside the Property, or Highway 17 beyond the common boundary with the right xx xxx xx Xxxxxxx 00.

  • Heating of Room Throughout the Term the Manager will provide a heating system sufficient to provide a comfortable temperature in the Room and will operate, maintain and repair that heating system. During any period in which the heating system is not functioning to the standards set out above, the Manager will use commercially reasonable efforts, after receiving notice of the deficiency, to have the system repaired and functioning as soon as may be possible in the circumstances. In no event however, is the Manager liable to the Resident for any consequential illness or discomfort and the Manager shall not be deemed to be in default of its obligations under this Agreement, so long as it is using commercially reasonable efforts to have the system repaired.

  • Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When EZ Phone or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • CUTTING AND PATCHING OF WORK 4.14.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for all cutting, fitting or patching that may be required to complete the Work or to make its several parts fit together properly.
