Landscape and Battlefield Conservation. Dominion shall establish and make a contribution to a legally separate mitigation compensation fund in coordination with the Virginia Land Conservation Foundation (VLCF). In accordance with the Code of Virginia §10.1-1020(B) the funds shall be restricted for the purposes described in Stipulation II.e.4.A. below. Proof of establishment and deposit must be provided to the Corps, SHPO, ACHP, and concurring parties prior to any construction within the Xxxxx River. Dominion shall ensure that the funds are disbursed over a period not to exceed ten (10) years, to support land conservation and open space easement projects that are associated with and will enhance the Xxxxx River and the Jamestown Island-Hog Island-Captain Xxxx Xxxxx Trail Historic District. Dominion shall seek input on specificity for these projects from recognized subject matter experts that are a party to this MOA, including professionals within VLCF. The funds shall be used for:

Landscape and Battlefield Conservation. Within 90 days of the effective date of this MOA, Dominion shall establish a legally separate mitigation compensation fund to be administered by the Virginia Land Conservation Foundation (VLCF). Dominion shall make a onetime contribution to the fund within 30 days of its legal establishment. In accordance with the Code of Virginia §10.1-1020(B) the funds shall be restricted for the purposes described in Stipulation (1)(d)(1)(i-ii) below. The Xxxxx River is a vital component of the signature landscape of the region that promoted commerce, travel and exploration. Today, preserving the river and shoreline landscape will address the cumulative impacts of the Project and will ensure that the health of the river remains a valuable resource as a segment of the Captain Xxxx Xxxxx Chesapeake NHT. The funds shall be disbursed by the administrator, in coordination with the SHPO, over a period not to exceed ten (10) years, to support projects on Commonwealth, municipal, and private lands and shall be distributed according to the following guidelines:

  • Resource Conservation Chapter 5 of the San Francisco Environment Code (“Resource Conservation”) is incorporated herein by reference. Failure by Contractor to comply with any of the applicable requirements of Chapter 5 will be deemed a material breach of contract.

  • Parking and Transportation ‌ The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings.   • Wildlife Do not feed any of the wildlife ever. Animals of any size are potentially dangerous. Feeding even small animals attracts predators. Supervise children at all times. Keep garage doors closed at all times except when entering or leaving the Rental Home.

  • Irrigation Systems The Project Area either has no irrigation system or a low-volume drip irrigation system. If a watering system is used, it is a drip irrigation system equipped with a filter, pressure regulator and emitters rated at twenty (20) gallons per hour (gph) or less. The system is maintained free of leaks and malfunctions. No spray irrigation is applied to the Project Area, including spray from irrigation systems adjacent to the Project Area.

  • Stormwater Management The Owner agrees that stormwater management measures shall be applicable to the development of the Lands, in a manner which is in accordance with the provisions of The Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.D.17 and amendments thereto, and to the satisfaction of the Municipality's Engineer.

  • Drainage ▪ Prevent silt bearing road surface and ditch runoff from delivering sediment to any streams or wetlands. ▪ Maintain rolling dips and drivable waterbars as needed to keep them functioning as intended. ▪ Maintain headwalls to the road shoulder level with material that will resist erosion. ▪ Maintain energy dissipaters at culvert outlets with non-erodible material or rock. ▪ Keep ditches, culverts, and other drainage structures clear of obstructions and functioning as intended. ▪ Inspect and clean culverts at least monthly, with additional inspections during storms and periods of high runoff. This shall be done even during periods of inactivity. Preventative Maintenance ▪ Perform preventative maintenance work to safeguard against storm damage, such as blading to ensure correct runoff, ditch and culvert cleaning, and waterbar maintenance.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.
