LANDS AFFECTED. The Lands to be subdivided are those Lands described in Schedule "A" attached hereto and the Development Agreement shall be registered against all of such Lands.
LANDS AFFECTED. This Agreement applies to the Owner’s Lands. The Owner’s solicitor in the Certificate attached hereto as Schedule “B” confirms the registered ownership of the Owner’s Lands.

LANDS AFFECTED. 1.2 This Agreement applies to the Subject Lands. The Owner warrants that it is the registered owner of the Subject Lands.
LANDS AFFECTED. The lands affected by this Agreement are located on part of Lot 3, Concession 2, being Part 2 of Reference Plan 15R-7837 in the Township of Augusta, United Counties of Leeds and Grenville as shown on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement.
LANDS AFFECTED. A. The covenants, conditions and restrictions set forth herein shall not be binding upon of affect in any way any property other than the Subdivision. Specifically, these restrictions shall not apply to or constitute a burden or encumbrance on any adjacent property, including any adjacent property that may be owned by Declarant, unless Declarant in its sole discretion elects to make such binding upon same by appropriate recorded written Amendment.
