Engineering Consultant. 2.1 The Owner agrees to retain a Professional Engineer. This said Engineer shall carry out all necessary work to supervise the design, layout, inspection and maintenance required for the construction of the Works herein referred to and to remedy any defects as required. Such Engineer, or a successor thereto, shall continue to be retained until the Works provided for in this agreement are completed and formally accepted by the Town.

Engineering Consultant. Company shall provide, and cause each of its Subsidiaries and the JV Entities to provide, to the Engineering Consultant all information reasonably requested by the Engineering Consultant and related to the Permitted Projects and/or the Specified Expenditures. Company shall pay on demand all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by or on behalf of each Purchaser in connection with the services performed by the Engineering Consultant.
Engineering Consultant. Within sixty (60) days of the Closing Date, Borrower shall hire (and maintain throughout the term of this Agreement), at Borrower’s sole cost and expense, an engineering consultant that is reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent to advise the Loan Partieswith respect to their drilling and other activities conducted on the Oil and Gas Properties. Borrower shall provide Administrative Agent with reasonable access to such engineering consultant to discuss and evaluate the activities of the Loan Parties conducted on the Oil and Gas Properties.

  • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. Forest Service engineering shall be completed according to the schedule in A8. Should Forest Service be unable to perform the designated survey and design by the completion date or other agreed to time, upon written agreement, Purchaser shall assume responsibility for such work. In such event, Contracting Officer shall revise:

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Reverse Engineering The Customer must not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the software or any products supplied as a part of the Licensed System.

  • Engineer The individual or entity named as such in this Agreement.

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.

  • Value Engineering The Supplier may prepare, at its own cost, a value engineering proposal at any time during the performance of the contract. The value engineering proposal shall, at a minimum, include the following;

  • Engineering Report Lender shall have received a current Engineering Report with respect to the Property, which report shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender.

  • Architect/Engineer (A/E) means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1001 and/or a firm employed by Owner or a design-build contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.
