Common use of Landlord’s Rules and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall, and Tenant agrees to cause its agents, servants, employees, invitees and licensees to, observe and comply fully and faithfully with the rules and regulations attached hereto as EXHIBIT E or such other non- discriminatory rules and regulations which may hereafter be adopted by Landlord (the "Rules") for the care, protection, cleanliness, and operation of the Premises, Building and Project, and any modifications or additions to the Rules adopted by Landlord, provided that, Landlord shall give written notice thereof to Tenant. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for failure of any other tenant or occupant of the Building or Project to observe or comply with any of the Rules.

Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the failure of any other tenant or occupant of the Building or Project party to observe or comply with any of the Rules.

Rules and Regulations, and incorporated by reference or such other non- discriminatory rules and regulations which may hereafter be adopted by Landlord (the "Rules") for the care, protection, cleanliness, and operation of the Premises, Building and and/or Project, and any modifications or additions to the Rules adopted by Landlord, provided that, Landlord shall give written notice thereof to Tenant. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for failure of any other tenant or occupant of the Building or Project to observe or comply with any of the Rules; provided, however, Landlord shall take reasonable measures to enforce the Rules as to all tenants.
