Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Landlord reserves the right to adopt and promulgate rules and regulations applicable to the Leased Premises and from time to time amend or supplement said rules or regulations. Notice of such rules and regulations and amendments and supplements thereto shall be given to Tenant, and Tenant agrees to comply with and observe such rules and regulations and amendments and supplements thereto provided that the same apply uniformly to all Tenants of the Landlord in the Area.

Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall faithfully observe and comply with the rules and regulations that Landlord shall from time to time promulgate. A copy of said rules and regulations is attached hereto. Landlord reserves the right from time to time to make all reasonable modifications to said rules and regulations. The additions and modifications to those rules and regulations shall be binding upon Tenant upon delivery of a copy of them to Tenant. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the nonperformance of any of said rules and regulations by any other tenants or occupants.

Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to enforce the Rules and Regulations in a fair and non-discriminatory manner. In the event of an express and direct conflict between the terms, covenants, agreements and conditions of this Lease and the terms, covenants, agreements and conditions of such Rules and Regulations, as modified and amended from time to time by Landlord, this Lease shall control.

Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Tenant and all Tenant Parties shall observe Landlord’s rules and regulations (the “Rules and Regulations”) promulgated (and amended from time to time) with respect to the occupation and use of the Building and the Property and of general applicability to all tenants of the Building and the Property (as well as all Rules and Regulations which are applicable only to all tenants which are using their leased premises for purposes similar to Tenant), provided that (i) Tenant receives reasonable prior written notice of such Rules and Regulations, and (ii) the same are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Lease. All of Landlord’s Rules and Regulations shall be administered in an even handed manner among all occupants of the Building using their leased premises for similar purposes. Landlord’s initial Rules and Regulations are set forth in Exhibit G attached hereto. The Rules and Regulations may also include, if any portion of the Building is being used as an animal facility at any time, provisions specifically relating thereto. Nothing contained in this Lease shall be construed to impose upon Landlord any duty or obligation to enforce the terms, covenants or conditions in any other lease as against any other tenant and Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for violation of the same by any other tenant or such other tenant’s servants, employees, agents, contractors, visitors, invitees or licensees.

Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Lessee hereby covenants and agrees to observe and comply with reasonable rules and regulations that Landlord may from time to time issue relevant to the operation of the Premises, provided that they do not unreasonably interfere with the Tenant's planned use of the Premises in compliance with the terms of this Lease. Said rules and regulations may cover such topics as designated areas for employee parking, cleanliness of store-fronts, and other items of benefit to the Tenants and Landlord and which may promote the general business interests and smooth operation of the Property. Nothing in this paragraph limits the general agreement between the parties that Tenant shall have the right to utilize the entire parking area in common with other Tenants at the Property.
Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall observe and comply with the Building rules and regulations which are in effect on the date thereof (a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "E") and such reasonable amendments and additions thereof as Landlord may, from time to time, promulgate. Landlord shall not be responsible for the non-performance of said rules and regulations of any other tenants of the Building.

In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions set forth in this Lease and the provisions of the Rules and Regulations, the provisions of this Lease shall control as between Landlord and Tenant. Tenant shall not use or permit the use of the Premises in any manner that will create waste or a nuisance, or which shall unreasonably disturb other tenants of the Property.
