Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall faithfully observe and comply with the rules and regulations attached to this Lease as Exhibit C, and all reasonable modifications thereof and additions thereto from time to time put into effect by Landlord (the "Rules and Regulations"). Tenant shall not use or permit the use of the Premises in any manner that will tend to create waste or a nuisance, or which shall tend to unreasonably disturb other tenants of the Building. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the nonperformance of any of the Rules and Regulations by any other tenants or occupants on the Building. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to enforce the Rules and Regulations in a fair and non-discriminatory manner. In the event of an express and direct conflict between the terms, covenants, agreements and conditions of this Lease and the terms, covenants, agreements and conditions of such rules and regulations, as modified and amended from time to time by Landlord, this Lease shall control.
Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall faithfully observe and comply with the rules and regulations that Landlord shall from time to time promulgate. A copy of said rules and regulations is attached hereto. Landlord reserves the right from time to time to make all reasonable modifications to said rules and regulations. The additions and modifications to those rules and regulations shall be binding upon Tenant upon delivery of a copy of them to Tenant. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the nonperformance of any of said rules and regulations by any other tenants or occupants.
Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Landlord reserves the right to adopt and promulgate rules and regulations applicable to the Leased Premises and from time to time amend or supplement said rules or regulations. Notice of such rules and regulations and amendments and supplements thereto shall be given to Tenant, and Tenant agrees to comply with and observe such rules and regulations and amendments and supplements thereto provided that the same apply uniformly to all Tenants of the Landlord in the Area.
Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall, and Tenant agrees to cause its agents, servants, employees, invitees and licensees to, observe and comply fully and faithfully with the rules and regulations attached hereto as Exhibit C or such rules and regulations which may hereafter be adopted by Landlord (the "Rules") for the care, protection, cleanliness, and operation of the Premises, Building and Project, and any modifications or additions to the Rules adopted by Landlord, provided that, Landlord shall give written notice thereof to Tenant. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the failure of any other party to observe or comply with any of the Rules.
Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall observe and comply with the Building Rules and Regulations which are in effect on the date hereof, as set forth in the attached Exhibit C, and upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Tenant, such reasonable amendments and additions thereto as Landlord may from time to time promulgate and enforce on a non-discriminatory basis. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the non-performance of said rules and regulations by any other tenants of the Building but shall enforce the rules and regulations only in a uniform and non-discriminatory manner.
Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Lessee hereby covenants and agrees to observe and comply with reasonable rules and regulations that Landlord may from time to time issue relevant to the operation of the Premises, provided that they do not unreasonably interfere with the Tenant's planned use of the Premises in compliance with the terms of this Lease. Said rules and regulations may cover such topics as designated areas for employee parking, cleanliness of store-fronts, and other items of benefit to the Tenants and Landlord and which may promote the general business interests and smooth operation of the Property. Nothing in this paragraph limits the general agreement between the parties that Tenant shall have the right to utilize the entire parking area in common with other Tenants at the Property.
Landlord’s Rules and Regulations. Landlord shall be entitled to promulgate, and Tenant shall abide by all reasonable rules and regulations governing the Premises and access thereto, (particularly during the period of Landlord's Build-Out of the Proposed Building) provided Tenant's rights under this Lease or its use of the Premises are not materially impaired thereby.

Landlord reserves the right to rescind any presently existing rules applicable to the Building and the Lot and to make such other and further reasonable rules and regulations as, in its judgment, may from time to time be desirable for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Building and the Lot and for the preservation of good order therein, which rules, when so made and reasonable notice thereof given to Tenant, shall have the same force and effect as if originally made a part of this Lease. Such other and further rules shall not, however, be inconsistent with the proper and rightful enjoyment by Tenant of the Premises.
