Labour Relations Environment. The BCGEU acknowledges its responsibility to inspire, create, promote, encourage and maintain a positive, constructive, meaningful labour relations environment for all employees covered by this Agreement. By the same token, it is the responsibility of the Union, its representatives and the employees covered by this Agreement to cooperate and otherwise assist the BCGEU with its endeavours in this regard.
