LABOR-MANAGEMENT NEGOTIATING PROCEDURES Clause Samples

The Labor-Management Negotiating Procedures clause establishes the formal process by which labor representatives and management engage in collective bargaining or resolve workplace disputes. Typically, this clause outlines steps such as the scheduling of negotiation sessions, the designation of authorized representatives, and the protocols for submitting proposals or counterproposals. By providing a clear framework for negotiations, it ensures orderly and efficient communication between parties, helping to prevent misunderstandings and facilitating the resolution of labor issues.
