Negotiation Procedures definition

Negotiation Procedures means the procedures issued by PSALM to govern the privatization of the Purchased Assets dated 05 February 2021, including all supplements thereto.

The foregoing Agreement was ratified by the Non-Instructional Personnel of Seminole County Board of Public Instruction Association, Inc.

  • Professional Negotiation Procedures will apply for Article 18 in 2021.

Related to Negotiation Procedures
