To ensure that the introduction and implementation of significant technological changes in the workplace occur in the most effective manner, a Joint Committee on Technological Change shall be established within each Department/Agency. The total number of Committee representatives at each Department/Agency shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties at each Department/Agency.
