Common use of JOINT APPRENTICESHIP COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

JOINT APPRENTICESHIP COMMITTEE. There is hereby established a Joint Apprenticeship Committee as defined in Article 1. This Committee shall be composed of equal numbers not to exceed six (6), half of whom shall represent the Company and half of whom shall represent the Union. The Committee shall elect a Chairman and a Secretary. The Committee shall meet once every two (2) months. It shall be the duty of the Committee:
