Job Reevaluation and Reclassification. When a position is reclassified as a result of gradual changes over a period of time in the kind, responsibility, or difficulty of the work performed in the position, no vacancy shall be deemed to have been created. Upon reclassification, the incumbent employee shall be appointed to the reclassified position. The provisions of this section shall apply only to the incumbent employee who has been permanently certified to the involved position. The effective date of the reclassification for pay and seniority purposes shall be the date upon which the involved employee submitted a properly completed request for reclassification to the Employer's Human Resources Department with a copy to the involved Department Head or Manager.

Promotional Job Reclassification When a position is reclassified as a result of gradual changes over a period of time in the kind, responsibility, or difficulty of the work performed in a position to a classification providing a higher maximum salary, no vacancy shall be deemed to have been created. Upon reclassification, the incumbent employee shall be appointed to the reclassified position and the incumbent employee's pay shall be determined in accordance with Section 9.03, Subd. 1 of this Agreement. The effective date of the reclassification for pay and seniority purposes shall be the date upon which the involved employee submitted a properly completed request for reclassification to the Employer's Human Resources Department with a copy to the involved Department Head or Manager. The provisions of this section shall apply only to the incumbent employee who has been permanently certified to the involved position.

  • Reclassification If any reclassification of the capital stock of the Company shall be effected in such a way that holders of Common Stock shall be entitled to receive stock, securities, or other assets or property, then, as a condition of such reclassification, lawful and adequate provisions shall be made whereby the Holder hereof shall thereafter have the right to purchase and receive (in lieu of the shares of the Common Stock immediately theretofore purchasable and receivable upon the exercise of the rights represented hereby) such shares of stock, securities or other assets or property as may be issued or payable with respect to or in exchange for a number of outstanding shares of such Common Stock equal to the number of shares of such Common Stock immediately theretofore purchasable and receivable upon the exercise of the rights represented hereby.   • Consolidation of Grievances If the grievance involves a group of employees or if a number of employees file separate grievances on the same matter, the grievances shall, whenever possible, be handled as a single grievance.

  • Consolidation of Committees The parties to this Agreement and to the Agreement concerning drug and alcohol testing and EAP between TWU Local 250A and the SFMTA may elect to combine the joint labor- management committee established here and in the Local 250A Agreement.
