Welding Welding and use of cutting torches or cutoff saws will be permitted only in areas that have been cleared or are free of all material capable of carrying fire. Platby In consideration for the services rendered by the Institute, in the Study, the Sponsor agrees to pay to the Institute according to the Budget, attached as Exhibit B hereto (the “Fee”). Dangerous Goods, Special Wastes, Pesticides and Harmful Substances Where employees are required to work with or are exposed to any dangerous good, special waste, pesticide or harmful substance, the Employer shall ensure that the employees are adequately trained in the identification, safe handling, use, storage, and/or disposal of same.
Flammable Liquids Company will not keep or store flammable liquids within any covered and enclosed portion of the Premises or Common Use Areas in excess of Company’s working requirements. Any such liquids having a flash point of less than 110 degrees Fahrenheit will be kept and stored in safety containers of a type approved by Underwriters Laboratories.
