Invitation to Proponents. The City of Xxxxxx Creek (City) invites proposals from experienced candidates interested in operating and managing the restaurant situated within Xxxxxx Creek Airport. The space is 1000 sq/ft in size and is located at 00 Xxx Xxxxxx Airport Road, Xxxxxx Creek, BC. There is free parking for patrons and two designated parking stalls for staff. Patrons of the restaurant include travellers as well as an established local customer base. Proponents should satisfy themselves as to the existing conditions of the site as there will be no scheduled site visits. Proponents wishing to observe the space, should reach out to the RFP Contact and the City will accommodate the request. Proponents are encouraged to submit proposals that are creative and imaginative to provide the best available options for the City to explore.

  • Request for Proposal Once the project development stage and joint scope meeting have produced a County approved Detailed Scope of Work, the County will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to the Contractor. The RFP will include the Scope of Work approved by the County and other pertinent information with regards to scheduling, submittals, shop drawings and sketch requirements. The Contractor agrees to prepare and submit a JOC Task Order Proposal of Work.

  • Solicitation Deviation/Compliance Does the vendor agree with the General Conditions Standard Terms and Conditions or Item Specifications listed in this proposal invitation? Yes

  • Manufacturer's Recommendations All work or materials shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and requirements. The Contractor shall obtain the manufacturer’s recommendations and requirements, for its use at the Site in executing the Work, copies of bulletins, circulars, catalogues, or other publications bearing the manufacturer’s titles, numbers, editions, dates, etc. If the manufacturer’s recommendations and requirements are not available, the Contractor shall request installation instructions from the Design Professional.

  • STOP WORK NOTICE The City may issue an immediate Stop Work Notice in the event the Contractor is observed performing in a manner that is in violation of Federal, State, or local guidelines, or in a manner that is determined by the City to be unsafe to either life or property. Upon notification, the Contractor will cease all work until notified by the City that the violation or unsafe condition has been corrected. The Contractor shall be liable for all costs incurred by the City as a result of the issuance of such Stop Work Notice.

  • Invitation The bidders desirous of taking up the work for supply of above Services for SBI are invited to response to this Tender. The criteria and the actual process of evaluation and subsequent selection of the successful bidder (L1) will be entirely at Bank’s discretion. We seek proposal from Bidders who have the necessary experience, capability & expertise to provide Maintenance and Housekeeping services adhering to Bank’s requirement outlined in this Tender. This Tender document is not an offer by State Bank of India, but an invitation to receive responses from the Bidders.   • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.

  • Directory Publication Nothing in this Agreement shall require Verizon to publish a directory where it would not otherwise do so.
