International Sale of Goods Act. (New Brunswick). Pursuant to Section 6 of the International Sale of Goods Act, RSNB 2011 c177, the parties agree to expressly exclude the application of the United Nations Convention on Contract for the International Sale of Goods to this XXXX.
International Sale of Goods Act. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the International Sale of Goods Act and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods have no application to this Agreement. Pursuant to 17 CFR 240.24b-2, confidential information has been omitted in places marked “[* * *]” and has been filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to a Confidential Treatment Application filed with the Commission.

  • Sale of Goods The Hirer shall, if selling goods on the premises, comply with Fair Trading Laws and any code of practice used in connection with such sales. In particular, the Hirer shall ensure that the total prices of all goods and services are prominently displayed, as shall be the organiser’s name and address and that any discounts offered are based only on Manufacturers’ Recommended Retail Prices.

  • Supply of Goods 3.1 The Supplier shall ensure that the Goods shall:
