International Long Distance Service. This Service Addendum Two – International Long Distance Service (“SA-2”) is entered into this 31st day of March, 2010 (the “SA-2 Effective Date”) pursuant to the Master Services Agreement by and between MetroPCS and InComm dated March 31, 2010, the terms of which are incorporated herein by this reference, and is by and among MetroPCS, InComm and InComm’s Affiliate, U.S. South Communications, Inc., a Colorado corporation (“US South”). This SA-2 describes the terms and conditions under which US South will provide International Long Distance Service (hereinafter defined). *** . All capitalized terms used, but not otherwise defined, in this SA-2 shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions. Any telecommunications-related capitalized terms used, but not otherwise defined, in this SA-2 or in the Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings ascribed to them under generally applicable industry standards.
International Long Distance Service. 1.01 US South will provide to MetroPCS international long distance termination for calls made by the end user subscribers of MetroPCS, its Affiliates and Designated Entities (the “Customers”) originating on the MetroPCS network to the called automated number identification terminating outside the contiguous forty-eight (48) states, Alaska and Puerto Rico (“International Long Distance Service”). The parties intend that MetroPCS will route all International Long Distance Service calls made by Customers to separate international trunk groups established and maintained by the parties.
International Long Distance Service. These additional terms and conditions apply to customers who purchase and/or use a Kynect Service Plan with international long distance (“ILD Service”). A domestic wireless voice plan is required to purchase and/or use a Kynect’s ILD service. By purchasing or using Kynect ILD Service, you accept the additional terms and conditions set forth below as such terms may be updated from time to time on our website.

  • Ambulance Services Ground Ambulance This plan covers local professional or municipal ground ambulance services when it is medically necessary to use these services, rather than any other form of transportation as required under R.I. General Law § 27-20-55. Examples include but are not limited to the following: • from a hospital to a home, a skilled nursing facility, or a rehabilitation facility after being discharged as an inpatient; • to the closest available hospital emergency room in an emergency situation; or • from a physician’s office to an emergency room. Our allowance for ground ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided. Air and Water Ambulance This plan covers air and water ambulance services when: • the time needed to move a patient by land, or the instability of transportation by land, may threaten a patient’s condition or survival; or • if the proper equipment needed to treat the patient is not available from a ground ambulance. The patient must be transported to the nearest facility where the required services can be performed and the type of physician needed to treat the patient’s condition is available. Our allowance for the air or water ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided.

  • Directory Assistance Service 8.3.1 Directory Assistance Service provides local end user telephone number listings with the option to complete the call at the caller's direction separate and distinct from local switching.

  • Data Services In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will receive a discount of 20% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS1 and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section. Customer waives any breach of warranty claims not made during the warranty period.

  • Special Service networks The following services must be received from special service network providers in order to be covered. All terms and conditions outlined in the Summary of Benefits apply.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • MAINTENANCE SERVICE 1. Free maintenance services including spares shall be provided by the vendor during the period of warranty. User, at its discretion may ask the vendor to provide maintenance services after warranty period, i.e. Annual maintenance and repairs of the system at the rates indicated by bidder in its proposal and on being asked so, the vendor shall provide the same. The cost of annual maintenance and repairs cost (after warranty period), which will include cost of spares replaced, shall be paid in equal quarterly installments at the end of each quarter.

  • Directory Assistance Service Updates 8.3.3.1 BellSouth shall update end user listings changes daily. These changes include:

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
