Professional Conferences Professional conferences are those conferences sponsored by educational organizations, institutions of higher learning, and government and industry concerning teaching, learning and educational research. Requests for attendance are submitted through the appropriate Xxxx, Director, or Supervisor, and forwarded to the President/Superintendent for approval at his/her sole discretion. A follow-up report of the conference shall be submitted to the appropriate Supervisor.
Informal Conference Prior to the filing of a grievance, in an effort to resolve the issue(s), the grievant shall make reasonable attempts to initiate / discuss or an attempt to initiate / discuss the issue(s) informally with the grievant’s Principal or Supervisor.
PRE-JOB CONFERENCE Section 1. Upon written request by either Party, a pre-job conference will be held prior to the time the Employees of such Employer begin work on the project.
SPECIAL CONFERENCES For the discussion of important matters (not grievances) special conferences may be arranged at a mutually satisfactory time between the Association and the Employer representative(s) within ten (10) regularly scheduled working days after request of either party, subject to the following conditions:
International Cooperation Members agree to cooperate with each other with a view to eliminating international trade in goods infringing intellectual property rights. Evaluation Conference The final evaluation conference shall occur not later than the end of the fall term. The purpose of the final evaluation conference is to discuss with the probationary employee the results of the evaluation and announce the team's recommendation. The evaluation team shall determine what additional evaluation activity shall occur during the spring term. If the team recommends that the District not employ the professor for the following year, no evaluation activities in the spring are necessary.

Conference Promptly after the execution of this Contract, Contractor shall confer with the Program Manager, Design Professional, Owner, and Using Agency to identify personnel and relevant organizational charts of each team member, and to establish working relationships with each team member.
Audio Conferencing In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed per-minute per bridge rates ranging from $0.0095 to $0.3200 for the following Conferencing Services: Domestic Audio Conferencing: Fixed per-minute rates per participant for domestic Audio Conferencing calls originating and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, based on method. Instant Replay Plus: Fixed per-minute per-participant rates for Instant Replay Plus usage using toll free number access and toll number access.
Attendance at Conferences and Conventions (a) The parties to this Agreement recognize that attendance or participation at conferences, conventions, symposia, workshops and other gatherings of a similar nature contributes to the maintenance of high professional standards.
