Common use of Internal Professional Development Clause in Contracts

Internal Professional Development. The Employer agrees to support the professional development and internal promotion of Employees. The Employer will offer advice and recommendations for the professional development and/or opportunities for advancement for all Employees who express interest in writing to management and have completed six (6) months of employment. Professional development is not a guarantee of promotion.
