Interim Surplus Guidelines. The Secretary finds that execution of this Agreement constitutes ‘‘all required actions’’ that the relevant California Colorado River water contractors are required to undertake pursuant to Section 5(B) of the Interim Surplus Guidelines. Accordingly, upon execution of this Agreement by all parties, the interim surplus determinations under Sections 2(B)(1) and 2(B)(2) of the Interim Surplus Guidelines are reinstated.
