Interconnection Interface Assistance. TELIGENT intends to install certain third-party equipment and connect such equipment to the Deliverables through standardized interfaces. XXXXXX shall facilitate the proper functioning of the interface between its Deliverables and other TELIGENT infrastructure, including networks with which TELIGENT interconnects, including the relevant local exchange and interexchange carriers as may reasonably be requested by TELIGENT.
