Interaction with Staffing Committee. The PNCC shall develop a process for selection of staff nurse members to the Staffing Committee consistent with ORS § 441.162. The PNCC shall provide continued oversight of the selection process. A PNCC member shall serve as a liaison to the Staffing Committee.

  • Monitoring Committee The Monitoring Committee shall be established within six months of the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding. Its role is stipulated in the Regulation, in particular Article 4.4 thereof.
