Insurance during Operation Period. Not later than 60 days prior to the anticipated Completion of the Project, the Licensee shall obtain and maintain at no cost to Licensor during the Operations Period in respect of the Project and its operations, such insurance as may be required under any of the Applicable Laws and such insurance as the Licensee may reasonably consider necessary or desirable in accordance with Good Industry Practice. The Licensee shall procure that in each insurance policy, the Licensor shall be a co-insured. For the sake of brevity, the aggregate of the maximum sums insured under the insurance taken out by the Licensee pursuant to this Article 26 are herein referred to as the “Insurance Cover”.

Insurance during Operation Period. As from the Scheduled Commercial Operation Date or at the latest after expiry of the insurances required under Article 34.2, the Concessionaire shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and risk during the Operation Period in respect of the Port Facility and Services and its operations such insurance as may be required under any of the Financing Documents, Applicable Law and such insurance as may be necessary or desirable in accordance with Good Industry Practice. The level of insurance to be obtained and maintained shall be agreed with Grantor prior to the Scheduled Commercial Operation Date, being provided that if no Agreement is found in this respect, then either Party may refer the matter to the Independent Expert for determination in accordance with Article 52.2.   • Insurance during Concession Period The Concessionaire shall effect and maintain at its own cost, during the Construction Period and the Operation Period, such insurances for such maximum sums as may be required under the Financing Agreements, and the Applicable Laws, and such insurances as may be necessary or prudent in accordance with Good Industry Practice. The Concessionaire shall also effect and maintain such insurances as may be necessary for mitigating the risks that may devolve on the Authority as a consequence of any act or omission of the Concessionaire during the Construction Period. The Concessionaire shall procure that in each insurance policy, the Authority shall be a co- insured and that the insurer shall pay the proceeds of insurance into the Escrow Account. For the avoidance of doubt, the level of insurance to be maintained by the Concessionaire after repayment of Senior Lenders‟ dues in full shall be determined on the same principles as applicable for determining the level of insurance prior to such repayment of Senior Lenders‟ dues.

  • Work During Vacation Period No employee shall be required to work during the employee's vacation once the vacation request has been approved.

  • OPERATION OF PROPERTY DURING AGREEMENT PERIOD The Seller will continue to operate the Property and any business conducted on the Property in the manner operated prior to the Agreement and will take no action that would adversely impact the Property, tenants, lender, or business, if any. Any changes, such as renting vacant space, that materially affects the Property or the Buyer's intended use will be permitted only with the Buyer's consent.

  • Withdrawals during Concession Period 31.3.1 The Concessionaire shall, at the time of opening the Escrow Account, give irrevocable instructions, by way of an Escrow Agreement, to the Escrow Bank instructing, inter alia, that deposits in the Escrow Account shall be appropriated in the following order every month, or at shorter intervals as necessary, and if not due in a month then appropriated proportionately in such month and retained in the Escrow Account and paid out therefrom in the month when due:

  • Maintenance during Construction Period (i) During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall maintain, at its cost, the existing lane(s) of the Project Highway so that the traffic worthiness and safety thereof are at no time materially inferior as compared to their condition on Appointed Date, and shall undertake the necessary repair and maintenance works for this purpose; provided that the Contractor may, at its cost, interrupt and divert the flow of traffic if such interruption and diversion is necessary for the efficient progress of Works and conforms to Good Industry Practice; provided further that such interruption and diversion shall be undertaken by the Contractor only with the prior written approval of the Authority’s Engineer which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. It is further agreed that in the event the Project includes construction of a bypass or tunnel and realignment of the existing carriageway, the Contractor shall maintain the existing highway in such sections until the new Works are open to traffic.

  • Canceling Dependent Coverage During Open Enrollment In addition to the above situations, dependent health or dependent dental coverage may also be cancelled for any reason during the open enrollment period that applies to each type of plan (as long as allowed under the applicable provisions, regulations and rules of the federal and state law in effect at the beginning of the plan year).

  • OPERATING DURING CLOSURE PERIOD If permission is granted to operate during a closure period listed in Clause 1-25 ACTIVITY TIMING RESTRICTION, Purchaser shall provide a maintenance plan to include further protection of state resources. Purchaser shall obtain written approval from the Contract Administrator for the maintenance plan, and shall put preventative measures in place before operating during the closure period. Purchaser is required to maintain all haul roads at their own expense including those listed in Contract Clause C-060 DESIGNATED ROAD MAINTAINER. If other operators are using, or desire to use these designated maintainer roads, a joint operating plan must be developed. All parties shall follow this plan.

  • Time Off During Notice Period During the period of notice of termination given by the employer, an employee shall be allowed up to one day's time off without loss of pay for the purpose of seeking other employment.
