Common use of Insurance Committee Clause in Contracts

Insurance Committee. a. The Insurance Benefits Committee shall be established by the Superintendent, composed of one representative of each employee group of the Cherry Creek School District. Each representative may be appointed or elected by a majority vote of these employees.
