Insurance/Annuity Sheltering. According to the authority granted under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code, employees who elect to shelter premium contributions of the major medical/health insurance and annuity plans of the District may do so by completing the appropriate election form provided by the District. The employee agrees to follow all the rules and regulations of the Internal Revenue Code regarding the sheltering of such contributions. The Board of Education shall not be responsible for the failure of the above plan to meet the writing enforceability, etc. as determined by the Internal Revenue Code. Should any of the above be declared improper by an Internal Revenue ruling or opinion, that clause or portion thereof shall be deleted from this Agreement to the extent it violates the ruling or opinion.

  • INSURANCE AND PENSION In accordance with RCW 41.80.010(7), the insurance and pension conditions for all members of the bargaining unit will be as follows.

Employer’s liability limits shall be not less than $1,000,000 for each accident, $1,000,000 as the aggregate disease policy limit, and $1,000,000 as the disease limit for each employee. If Contractor does not have employees, it shall provide a letter, on company letterhead, to the Judicial Council certifying, under penalty of perjury, that it does not have employees. Upon the Judicial Council’s receipt of the letter, Contractor shall not be required to maintain workers’ compensation insurance.

  • INSURANCE AND RETIREMENT Each teacher shall be entitled to fringe benefits provided by this agreement and by federal regulations provided by Cobra (Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985). These shall include but not be limited to the following:
