Aircraft Information Table Table 1 consolidates information contained in Articles 1, 2, 3 and 4 with respect to (i) quantity of Aircraft, (ii) applicable Detail Specification, (iii) month and year of scheduled deliveries, (iv) Aircraft Basic Price, (v) applicable escalation factors and (vi) Advance Payment Base Prices and advance payments and their schedules.
Hardware “Hardware” means the hardware and other furniture, fixtures and equipment owned or leased and then currently being used by PROVIDER exclusively to perform the Services under any MOA or PSA or to support such performance. To the extent any such items are not used by PROVIDER exclusively to perform the Services, PROVIDER shall assist CUSTOMER or its designee in purchasing, leasing or otherwise obtaining the use of comparable items.
Support Services Other than the assistance provided in the Information, the BNPP Entities do not offer any support services in connection with the Software.
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION The guarantees defined in Paragraphs 2 and 3 below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A321 Aircraft as described in the A321 Standard Specification ***** as amended by the following SCNs:
USE OF THIRD PARTY SYSTEMS-LEVEL SOFTWARE State Street and the Fund acknowledge that in connection with the Data Access Services provided under this Addendum, the Fund will have access, through the Data Access Services, to Fund Data and to functions of State Street’s proprietary systems; provided, however that in no event will the Fund have direct access to any third party systems-level software that retrieves data for, stores data from, or otherwise supports the System.
Third Party Software Customer acknowledges that in order for MyEcheck to perform the Consulting Services, Customer may need to obtain additional third party services ("Third Party Services") or third party technology ("Third Party Technology"). Customer agrees that the rights and licenses with respect to Third Party Technology and Third Party Services shall be under terms set forth in the pertinent purchase, license or services agreements between Customer and the vendors of such Third Party Software or Third Party Services. Customer shall execute and comply with appropriate purchase, license, or services agreements with respect to any Third Party Software or Third Party Services. Any amounts payable to third party vendors or service providers under such agreements are the sole responsibility of Customer and shall be paid directly by Customer to such third party vendors or service providers. Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.
Security Against Unauthorized Use of Funds’ Recordkeeping Systems Financial Intermediary agrees to provide such security as is necessary to prevent any unauthorized use of the Funds’ recordkeeping system, accessed via (a) the world wide web or any URL maintained by the Funds or JPMDS, (b) a networking/data access arrangement or (c) computer hardware or software provided to Financial Intermediary by JPMDS.
Software Additional provisions relating to software.
Customer to Provide Certain Information to Bank Upon request, Customer shall promptly provide to Bank such information about itself and its financial status as Bank may reasonably request, including Customer's organizational documents and its current audited and unaudited financial statements.
