Inspection of Contractor Facilities. The Government reserves the right to inspect and validate facilities, protocols, and processes for compliance. If the Government determines the facilities, protocols or processes do not meet security requirements, Contractor shall provide a plan within 3 calendar days for Government approval to achieve compliance.

Inspection of Contractor Facilities. Citizens reserves the right to inspect Vendor’s site(s) or location(s), at a mutually agreeable time with at least fifteen (15) calendar day prior notice, in accordance with Vendor’s facility access procedures to view Vendor’s equipment, products, plant, facilities, and records, to assess conformity with the terms of this Agreement.
