Security Plans. Operator shall operate the Heliport according to a security plan approved by Agreement Administrator, which security plan shall be consistent with industry best practices and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, and which security plan may be amended from time to time in accordance with changes in such industry best practices and laws and regulations, including those of the United States Department of Homeland Security. City and Agreement Administrator reserves the right to inspect the Heliport during business hours in order to ensure the Operator’s compliance with its security manual and plan.
Security Plans. All substantial changes to security plans must be provided to the BPA Contracting Officer for review, approval, and incorporation into the terms and conditions of the individual company’s or CTA’s BPA. The Security Plan is incorporated by reference to this BPA.
Security Plans. Vendor is to adhere to the City’s security plans. Prior to working in any City facilities employees shall provide information including full name, address, driver’s license, and fingerprints. The Police Department shall review/approve all potential employees prior to working in City facilities. The City reserves the right to deny any potential employee for past criminal activity and security concerns. Following the approval by the Police Department potential employees shall undergo online security training and present the Police Department with a certification of completion. The Vendor shall not leave windows or doors propped open for any length of time without supervision. The vendor and his/her employees may not use City property, including telephones, for personal use unless given permission by an authorized City representative. All doors are to be secured upon Vendor’s departure from the facility. Smoking in any City building is not allowed.
Security Plans. SRNS has the responsibility for drafting and maintaining Security Plans as defined by DOE Directives for H-Area, K-Area, L-Area, Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL), Savannah River Research Campus and the General Site. Specialized plans will be drafted as needed or directed by DOE. - Centerra-SRS provides data for PF operations for each Security Plan. - Centerra-SRS reviews and approves the Security Plans along with the applicable SRNS and DOE organizations. - Centerra-SRS has the responsibility for drafting and maintaining the Security Plan for the Upper B Area as defined by DOE Directives. Applicable Centerra-SRS, SRNS, and DOE organizations review and approve the plan.
Security Plans. DHS-DCFS and USBE-CNP agree that procedures governing sanctions and individual corrective actions under applicable statutory authority will be pursued against individuals who violate terms of this agreement. Either party shall report a violation to the other party and to the proper authority through the procedures outlined in applicable state and federal regulations.

Security Plans. The parties shall: Store any data provided by the other party in an area that is physically secure from access by unauthorized individuals at all times. Maintain each other’s data only until such time that the data is no longer needed or upon termination of this Agreement, whichever occurs first. At that point, the data will be destroyed within 30 days, except for disclosed information possessed by any court. Refrain from duplicating the data other than as required for disaster recovery. Report any data breach to the party that provided the information immediately upon discovery and cooperate to mitigate any concerns.
Security Plans. DWS and USBE-CNP's system security plans must include provisions warning of the potential statutory sanctions for individuals who violate access and disclosure provisions. Additionally, DWS and USBE-CNP must assure each other that procedures governing sanctions and individual corrective actions under applicable statutory authority will be pursued and taken against individuals who violate terms of this agreement.
Security Plans. Contractor shall adhere to OSOS security plans. Before Contractor commences performance under this Contract, Contractor shall contact the OSOS contract manager and receive a security briefing and instructions. OSOS may utilize video surveillance to monitor activities within the facility. Up-to-date employee name, address, and driver’s license may be required before access to the facility may be granted.
