Common use of Injury at Work Clause in Contracts

Injury at Work. An employee who is injured during working hours and is required to leave for treatment of such injury, shall receive payment for the remainder of the shift at their hourly rate of pay, unless the doctor states that the employee is fit for further work on that shift.

Injury at Work.
