Common use of Injury at Work Clause in Contracts

Injury at Work. An employee who is injured at work and is unable to continue at their job or, who is sent home by the Company because of a work related injury will be paid their regular wages for the balance of the shift on which the injury occurred. If an employee is injured at work and requires medical treatment, the Company will pay the cost to transport the employee to a hospital or clinic.
