Initial Press Releases. Promptly following the Execution Date, the Parties shall issue a mutually agreed press release regarding the subject matter of this Agreement, including a description of the financial terms, scope of planned Development and value of the Agreement, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.
Initial Press Releases. The Parties acknowledge an intent to agree on the contents of a press release regarding this Agreement (including the existence and certain terms hereof) that can be issued by the Parties promptly after the Execution Date. For clarity, neither Party shall issue any such press release regarding this Agreement unless the form of such release has been mutually agreed upon by the Parties. Initial Press Releases. Each Party may, but is not obligated to, make a public announcement of the execution of this Agreement in the forms attached as Schedule 9.5.1A and Schedule 9.5.1B to this Agreement, which shall be issued in a mutually agreed way, after the Effective Date, while adhering to both Parties’ obligations under the respective local stock market and other legal regulations.
Initial Press Releases. Upon the execution of this Agreement, the Parties shall issue mutually agreed press releases regarding the subject matter of this Agreement, including a description of the aggregate financial terms and value of the Agreement, in the forms attached hereto as Exhibit 10.4.1.
Initial Press Releases. After the Effective Date, each Party may issue its respective press release regarding this Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit H (including the existence and certain terms hereof as provided in such Exhibit).

Initial Press Releases. Promptly following the Effective Date, Company and Licensee will jointly issue a mutually agreeable initial press release announcing certain terms of this Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I.
