Initial Period of Agreement. This Agreement is effective thirty (30) calendar days after the date of signature by the Licensing Officer and shall end one (1) year later.

Initial Period of Agreement. This Agreement is effective as of the date indicated in the written notification submitted by the U.S. Embassy to the Licensee, which shall be submitted no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the date of signature by the U.S. Embassy NEC representative. The term of this Agreement shall begin as of the date indicated in the said notification letter and shall last for one (1) year.
