– Initial Grievance Notice. An employee must submit his verbal grievance to his immediate supervisor or his representative, within two (2) working days from the date of discovery of the alleged violation of the Agreement. The employee may request the supervisor to call one of the chairperson or the committeeperson (or the xxxxxxx where neither the chairperson or the committeeperson are working) to discuss the specific grievance. The Company shall render a decision in writing to the employee and the Union within two (2) working days following this meeting.
