Information by Seller. Each Seller shall furnish to the Buyer such information regarding such Seller, the Registrable Securities held by it and the distribution proposed by such Seller as the Buyer may reasonably request in writing and as shall be required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Agreement.
Information by Seller. The Seller or Sellers wishing to sell any Registrable Shares in any registration shall furnish to Conexant such information regarding such Seller or Sellers and the distribution proposed by such Seller or Sellers as Conexant may request in writing and as shall be required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Agreement.
Information by Seller. The Seller shall furnish to the Purchaser, at the Seller's own expense and in writing, such information regarding the Seller and the distribution proposed to be made by the Seller as the Purchaser may request in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Agreement. Furthermore, the Seller agrees to cooperate fully with the Purchaser in the preparation and filing of any registration statement which includes any Purchaser Shares or Additional Shares owned by the Seller.

Information by Seller. The Parent may require each seller of --------------------- Registrable Securities as to which any registration is being effected to furnish the Parent such information regarding such seller and the distribution of such securities as the Parent may from time to time reasonably request in writing and as shall be required by law or by the SEC in connection therewith. All information provided to Parent by such seller shall be accurate and complete in all material respects.
Information by Seller. The Seller shall furnish to HCC such --------------------- information regarding the Seller and the distribution proposed by the Seller as HCC may reasonably request in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Section 4.16, but only to the extent that such information is required in order for HCC to comply with its obligations under all applicable securities and other laws and to ensure that the Registration Statement relating to such Registrable Securities conforms to the applicable requirements of the Securities Act and the rules and regulations thereunder. The Seller covenants that it will promptly notify HCC of any changes in the information set forth in the Registration Statement or otherwise provided by such Seller to HCC regarding the Seller or the Seller's plan of distribution as a result of which the Registration Statement or any prospectus relating to the Registrable Securities contains or would contain an untrue statement of a material fact regarding the Seller or its intended method of distribution of such Registrable Securities or omits to state any material fact regarding the Seller or its intended method of distribution of the Registrable Securities required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein, not misleading.
Information by Seller. The Seller or Sellers of Impco Shares included in any registration shall furnish the Company such information regarding such Seller or Sellers, the Impco Shares held by them and the distribution proposed by such Seller or Sellers as the Company may request and as shall be required in connection with any registration referred to in Section 5.
Information by Seller. Seller shall furnish to AccuFacts such information regarding Seller and the distribution proposed by Seller as AccuFacts may reasonably request in writing and as shall be required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Section 4. AccuFacts shall not be obligated to register any Registrable Shares pursuant to this Section 4 unless AccuFacts has first received the foregoing information with respect to Seller.
Information by Seller. The holder or holders of Registrable --------------------- Securities included in any registration shall furnish to Company such information regarding such holder or holders, the Registrable Securities held by them and the distribution proposed by such holder or holder as Company may reasonably request in writing and as shall be required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Article.
Information by Seller. If any of Seller's Registrable Securities --------------------- are included in a registration, Seller shall promptly furnish Buyer such information regarding Seller and the distribution proposed by Seller as Buyer may request in writing.
