Informal Meet and Confer. The PARTIES agree to meet and confer informally as the first step toward resolution of any dispute associated with this AGREEMENT. The BOARD may be represented by a representative of its choosing, and EMPLOYEE may be represented as well.

  • Meet and Confer If Contractor disputes City’s response, or if City fails to respond within the prescribed time set forth above, Contractor may so notify City and demand a meet and confer conference for settlement of the issues in dispute, in writing sent by registered mail or certified mail, return receipt requested, within fifteen (15) Days of City’s response or within fifteen (15) Days of City’s failure to respond.
