Common use of Informal Complaints Clause in Contracts

Informal Complaints. If the Employee has a complaint or issue that is related to their work then the Employee may speak with the Supervisor about it informally. If the complaint or issue is about the Supervisor then they shall file a grievance in accordance with Step 1 of the grievance procedure (7.04).

Informal Complaints. If the Employee Supervisor has a complaint or issue has received a complaint in writing about an Employee that is related to their work then the Employee Supervisor may speak with the Supervisor Employee about it informally. If informally if the complaint or issue is about the Supervisor then they shall file a grievance in accordance with would not lead to formal discipline under Step 1 of the grievance procedure disciplinary process (7.049.06).
