INDUCTION/MENTOR. An employee who serves as a mentor for an employee in the induction program shall be paid at 1% of the Career Rate (Masters, Step 11). (To be renegotiated should a new job description warrant it.)
INDUCTION/MENTOR. Stipend of $2,000- effective upon ratification- is paid to teachers who serve as Induction Mentors to SSUSD teachers in the SCV Induction program. Requirements for the induction mentors are provided by the SCV Induction Consortium and are based on current program requirements. This stipend will be prorated based on days worked.
