Incorporation of Policies, Rules and Regulations i. The residence hall/apartment schedule of rates, all Georgia Institute of Technology policies and procedures, including, without limitation, the Georgia Institute of Technology Code of Student Conduct and the Department Guide to Community Living, which contains housing policies, are incorporated by reference herein and become part of the Contract.

  • Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations Except as otherwise provided in this Section 11.C., from and after the Commencement Date, Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, cause the Premises and Tenant’s use thereof to comply with all laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations of state, federal, municipal or other agencies or bodies having jurisdiction over the use, condition or occupancy of the Premises. Any repairs, alterations or modifications to the exterior or structural elements of the Building or to the Common Areas of the Project necessary to comply with applicable laws shall be made by Landlord and shall be included within the definition of Operating Expenses and reimbursed to Landlord under Section 7 of this Lease, provided, however, Tenant shall be solely responsible and shall reimburse Landlord for the entire cost and expense of such work if compliance is necessary due to Tenant’s specific use or occupancy of the Premises or due to Tenant’s acts or omissions, or as a result of any alterations, modifications or improvements to the Premises or Building constructed by or on behalf of Tenant. Tenant will also comply with the reasonable rules and regulations of the Project adopted by Landlord. Landlord shall have the right at all times, upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Tenant, to change and amend the rules and regulations in any reasonable manner as may be deemed advisable for the safety, care, cleanliness, preservation of good order and operation or use of the Project or the Premises. All rules and regulations of the Project, and amendments or modifications thereof, will be sent by Landlord to Tenant in writing and shall thereafter be carried out and observed by Tenant.

  • Laws, Rules and Regulations You agree to comply with all existing and future operating procedures used by Bank for processing of transactions. You further agree to comply with, and be bound by, all applicable state or federal laws, rules, regulations, orders, guidelines, operating circulars and pronouncements, affecting checks and drafts, including, but not limited to, all rules and procedural guidelines established by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve and the Electronic Check Clearing House Organization (“ECCHO”) and any other clearinghouse or other organization in which Bank is a member or to which rules Bank has agreed to be bound. These procedures, rules, and regulations (collectively the “Rules”) and laws are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Rules, the Rules will control.

  • Compliance with Rules and Regulations PFPC undertakes to comply with all applicable requirements of the Securities Laws and any laws, rules and regulations of governmental authorities having jurisdiction with respect to the duties to be performed by PFPC hereunder. Except as specifically set forth herein, PFPC assumes no responsibility for such compliance by the Fund or any other entity.

  • Effect of Laws, Rules and Regulations The Exclusive Representative recognizes that all employees covered by this Agreement shall perform the services and duties prescribed by the School District and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and by School District rules, regulations, directives and orders, issued by properly designated officials of the School District. The Exclusive Representative also recognizes the right, obligation and duty of the School District and its duly designated officials to promulgate rules, regulations, directives and orders from time to time as deemed necessary by the School District insofar as such rules, regulations, directives and orders are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, and recognizes that the School District, all employees covered by this agreement, and all provisions of this Agreement are subject to State and Federal law.   • RULES & REGULATIONS The Exhibitor must comply with the requirements of all Authorities and where applicable with all rules and regulations issued by the owner of the Venue in force at the time of the Exhibition. The Exhibitor undertakes to comply with the obligations and duties contained or referred to in the Contract including (without limitation) those contained or to be contained in the Exhibitors’ Manual. Exemptions from any of these obligations and duties may be granted at the Organisers’ discretion. No exemption given by the Organisers will be effective unless in writing.
