Code of Student Conduct. An individual Limited English Proficient (LEP) Plan must be developed for every student identified as limited English proficient. With the exception of an IEP, an LEP Plan shall supersede any other educational plan developed by the School. Development of the LEP Plan must be a joint effort between the Sponsor and the School. This process shall be in compliance with District, State, and Federal Guidelines. All educational services provided to a student pursuant to an LEP Plan must be funded by the School. Unless otherwise exempted by Section §1002.33 F.S., the School will complete federal and state reports in accordance with the timelines and specifications of the Sponsor and the State Department of Education. The School may not withdraw or transfer a student involuntarily, unless the withdrawl or transfer is accomplished through established administrative procedures mutually agreed upon in this Contract. Parent/student contracts cannot include provisions for mandatory dismissal. The School agrees to maintain a safe learning environment at all times in order to provide criteria for addressing discipline issues that will ensure for the health, safety, and welfare of all students attending the School. The School will adopt and follow the Brevard County Public School Code of Student Conduct, as it may be modified by the Sponsor for students of the same grades. Any modifications to the Code of Student Conduct shall require approval of the Sponsor. Any policies developed by the School to implement the Code of Student Conduct shall be in accordance with the Florida State Board of Administration rules, federal and state laws and regulations, and federal and state court decisions. The School’s code of student conduct shall be incorporated into a parent/student handbook and made available to parents and the Sponsor. The School shall be responsible for all matters relating to student discipline. The School shall comply with any and all State, Federal, and Local laws. During the school day, or any school-sponsored event, students shall be taught in an environment where discipline is consistent and designed to support appropriate behavior. The School agrees to implement and adhere to procedures for discipline of ESE students as outlined in administrative directives and comply with requirements for the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.

Code of Student Conduct. Students, student groups and students sponsored by student groups requesting to hold an Event acknowledge that they are subject at all times to the Code of Student Conduct before, during, and after the Event.
Code of Student Conduct. A. The following are examples of unacceptable behavior subject to disciplinary action by the school district. These examples are not intended to be an exclusive list. Any student who engages in any of these activities shall be disciplined in accordance with this policy. This policy applies to all school buildings, school grounds, and school property or property immediately adjacent to school grounds; school-sponsored activities or trips; school bus stops; school buses, school vehicles, school contracted vehicles, or any other vehicles approved for school district purposes; the area of entrance or departure from school premises or events; and all school-related functions, school-sponsored activities, events, or trips. School district property also may mean a student’s walking route to or from school for purposes of attending school or school-related functions, activities, or events. While prohibiting unacceptable behavior subject to disciplinary action at these locations and events, the school district does not represent that it will provide supervision or assume liability at these locations and events. This policy also applies to any student whose conduct at any time or in any place interferes with or obstructs the mission or operations of the school district or the safety or welfare of the student, other students, or employees.

Code of Student Conduct. XXX recognizes students as adults who are expected to obey the rules and regulations of the University and active Georgian Legislation; to take personal responsibility for their conduct, to respect the rights of others, and to have regard for the preservation of state and the University property, as well as the private property of others. XXX will not police the personal lives of students of the University or invade their privacy by spying or intrusive searches; however, students whose conduct threatens to cause disorder, public disturbances, danger to themselves or others, or property damage will be disciplined.
