Physical Accessibility Michigan Works! __________ will maintain a culture of inclusiveness and the physical characteristics of the facility, both indoor and outdoor, ***will meet the latest standards of accessible design***. Services will be available in a convenient, high traffic, and accessible location, taking into account reasonable distance from public transportation and adequate parking (including parking clearly marked for individuals with disabilities). Indoor space will be designed in an “equal and meaningful” manner providing access for individuals with disabilities. The WDB is responsible for insuring that all precautions are exercised at all times for the protection of persons and property. Safety provisions of all Applicable Laws and building and construction codes shall be observed. The WDB is responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations in any manner affecting the work or performance of this MOU and shall at all times carefully observe and comply with all rules, ordinances, and regulations. The WDB shall secure all necessary certificates and permits from municipal or other public authorities as may be required in connection with the performance of this Agreement.

  • Strategies The ESC will seek to achieve employment stability strategies as follows: - current and multi-year strategies should be developed within the resources available. Such strategies could include, but not necessarily be limited to, planning, retraining, identifying ways of determining employees= skills, training and experience previously achieved, early retirement, voluntary exit programs, alternative assignment, secondment, employee career counselling, job sharing, job trading, job shadowing, and professional development; - discussions between the parties which explore these possible strategies would assist in the development of appropriate enhancements to Employment Stability; - data which is relevant to employment stability shall be made available to both parties.

  • Marketing Vendor agrees to allow TIPS to use their name and logo within the TIPS website, database, marketing materials, and advertisements unless Vendor negotiates this term to include a specific acceptable-use directive. Any use of TIPS’ name and logo or any form of publicity, inclusive of press release, regarding this Agreement by Vendor must have prior approval from TIPS which will not be unreasonably withheld. In addition to the above tests, the Settling Entity may use equivalent methods utilized by any California or federal agency to determine lead content in a solid substance or the amount of the bioavailability of the toxicant through a wipe test, respectively.

  • Research Analyst Independence The Company acknowledges that the Underwriters’ research analysts and research departments are required to be independent from their respective investment banking divisions and are subject to certain regulations and internal policies, and that such Underwriters’ research analysts may hold views and make statements or investment recommendations and/or publish research reports with respect to the Company and/or the offering that differ from the views of their respective investment banking divisions.   • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.
