The 'Physical Locations' clause defines and specifies the particular sites or premises relevant to the agreement, such as offices, warehouses, or facilities where services are performed or goods are delivered. This clause ensures both parties are clear about which physical spaces are covered by the contract, helping to prevent disputes over access, use, or obligations related to those locations.
Physical Locations. 1. Contractors shall maintain enough physical locations for staff to successfully implement the requirements outlined in this Scope of Work and the service delivery model described in the Contractor’s RFP response. Since a portion of the funds under the Contract includes federal funds, the Contractors shall comply with Public Law 103 227 (20 U.S. sections 6081 6084), also known as the Pro Children Act of 1994. The law requires that smoking is not permitted within any indoor facility (or portion thereof) owned or leased or contracted for by an entity and used routinely or regularly for the provision of health, day care, early childhood development services, education or library services to children under the age of eighteen (18). The law does not apply to children’s services provided in private residences; portions of facilities used for inpatient drug or alcohol treatment; service providers whose sole source of applicable federal funds is Medicare or Medicaid; or facilities where Women, Infant and Children (WIC) coupons are redeemed.
Physical Locations. If Buyer physically visits any of the locations of the businesses depicted in Brokers Listing, it will provide Broker 48 hours prior written notice of the date and time it intends to visit. Buyer will do so in an inconspicuous and confidential manner solely as if it were a customer of said places of business. Buyer will not attempt to perform any act whatsoever which alerts any employee and/or customers of the places of business that said businesses are for sale.
